If verification of community information (e.g., HOA dues and payment thereof) is required as part of a real estate closing, please send email to with “Request for Real Estate Closing Information” in the subject line. You will receive a link to an online form that you must complete and submit. Once the submitted information is verified by our Treasurer, you will receive the requested information via email. If, as an existing homeowner, you require information regarding the status of dues paid for the current year, please send email to with “Request for Dues Information” in the subject line. Again in this case, you will be provided with a link to an online form. Once completed, submitted, and verified you will receive confirmation of dues paid via email.
